Independent Project （6 Credits）
  • 6-month duration.
  • The topics of projects will be given by industry partners.
  • Each independent project will be supervised by one faculty member at HKUST/ HKUST (GZ) and one industry faculty member as a pair.
Industry Internship （8 Credits）
  • 1-year duration,
  • The 8-credit internship consists of three parts (Credits: 2:3:3). The first part is for passing the Open Project Report, the second part is for passing the Intermediate Report, and the third part is for passing the Final Report.
  • Each independent project will be supervised by one faculty member at HKUST/ HKUST (GZ) and one industry faculty member as a pair.
